Deleted Items Retention

Hi

I had a situation today when a user pushed the SHIFT + DEL button after highlighting all the items in his inbox.


Would deleted items retention pick this up or is it back to the omcpinu?

It's back to omcpinu unless you are using Scalix 11 and then you can enable the Recovery Folder for that user.
