Good day all , I am having the following problem regarding my Scalix server, our mail address's have been set up as
user@domain.co.za however lately we have been getting calls from folks who have been replying to our mail saying it has been returned due to user unknown, closer inspection to the internet headers indicates that our reply path is
user@mail.domain.co.za how do i check and make sure that my reply path stays
user@domain.co.za
If anyone could point me in the right direction here i would be most grateful as at the moment we are not recieving replys at all

.
I believe you need to change the domain for these users to domain.co.za.

It could be that your sendmail is rewriting the outgoing addresses.
Can you post your sendmail.mc for us, please? If it looks right, we can rebuild the .cf from that. In the Admin Console, go to the user's settings and check the email addresses configured for each.

.
In SAC, go to "Settings", then click on "Mail Server:". Click on "Add Rule", and add domain.co.za. Save changes and logout of SAC.
Logon to SAC again, then select each user and the domain field of "Email Addresses" should now have a drop down list. Select the new domain, and save changes. Repeat for each user.
