Cannot Send External Mail: MX Problem?

I do not appear to be able to send external email any longer? All the errors indicate "config error: mail loops back to me (MX problem?)". I have also bene doing some testing of setting up MX records for some planned domain hosting my office will be trying. But I dont beleive this is related?

The general setup for the Scalix server is it is on in internal network with an ip=192.168.1.3. The hostname and mail domain name is penguin.johnnystork.ca. There is no MX entery for penguin.johnnystork.ca, only smtp.johnnystork.ca (C record) and johnnystork.ca (A record). Below is an example of one of the errors? Any suggestions?

Can you detail what you changed and why you don't think that the MX errors are related to those changes ?

Cheers
