Hi,

what can I do, if I open SWA and this error occur:

"A potential error has been detected with your account. The following list of special folders may be corrupt

[ Deleted Items, Calendar, Contacts, Drafts ]

Please notify your system administrator about this problem."

What can I do?

do you have outlook as well? if you open the mailbox in outlook and then try again, what happens? with outlook, you can also use outlook.exe /resetfolders to see if you can reset the special folder mappings.

Did you do any backup/restore operations before you saw that?

In addition, you might want to upgrade to Scalix 10.0.1 - it will provide you with many bugfixes and nice new features.

Hi Florian,

I have imported the mailbox in a 10.0.1 Scalix system. Now I have executed outlook.exe /resetfolders and the mailbox opens. Also in SWA. But is it possibe, that the content of currepted folders has been deleted?

Can I also repair the mailbox with omcontain?

maybe. you might be able to delete the special folder links and get a reset there....

you'll find some hints in http://bugzilla.scalix.com/show_bug.cgi?id=13303 - but the information is presented in a pretty raw way.
