You will need at least Scalix 10.0.1 - it does not work with 10.0.0.
On the LDAP server side, there is only one place - that will be /var/opt/scalix/sys/slapd.conf. Various other Scalix apps use LDAP - I would search for 389 through all the files under /etc/opt/scalix and /var/opt/scalix/ldapsync - the exact list depends very much on your configuration.
In theory, if you're also using IMAP/SMTP/LDAP clients like thunderbird, client-side config might also be affected.
The Manual installation Wiki at wiki.scalix.com might give you some hints as well. search the page for 389.
I personally use port 3890, some people use 390 - that's really a matter of personal preference.
Cheers,
Florian.
P.S. Note that if you currently use Scalix 11 Beta 2 support for alternate LDAP port numbers is broken in SWA. This will be fixed for Scalix 11 Final.
