Autoreply rule against a group address

Postby elliot01 » Thu Jun 28, 2012 12:43 pm

Hi all,

Really hoping there are still a few Scalix users floating around who might be able to share some of this ancient, yet priceless, knowledge! :D

I have a group 'rail@mydomain.com'. There are tons of aliases and users against it so I can't just ditch it and recreate it as a single account very easily.

What I want to do is create a rule against the address, i.e.: send a copy of the email to an alternative account if the subject matches something.

I have only ever done these type of autoreplies against user accounts (not groups) so I don't know if it's possible. I have tried simply entering

Code: Select all

sxaa --user "Rail"
on the command line but it doesn't like it.

Any suggestions? :?:

Thank you!

Just for reference, I have resolved this by adding a new internal user (i.e.:no actual person has access to it) to my group and then creating my rule against this account.

Cheers.
