Deleting mail from the commandline based on store filenames

Due to a configuration error, our Scalix 10.0.1.3 server has been running for some time without any virus scanning. When ClamAV scans the filesystem, it finds ~230 dodgy messages in the mail store, e.g.:
/var/opt/scalix/data/00000gb/000fmao: Worm.Mytob.BN-2 FOUND
/var/opt/scalix/data/00000c8/000fi7i: Worm.SomeFool.Gen-1 FOUND
/var/opt/scalix/data/000008v/000v74m: HTML.Phishing.Bank-817 FOUND
Is there a way to delete messages on the basis of these filenames? There doesn't seem to be a suitable option in the omtidyu of omtidyallu man pages. Alternatively, can you just delete the offending files, then do some form of reindexing so that Scalix notices that the messages are no longer there?
Many thanks,
Paul.
