deleting users folders from command line

how can I delete a users personal folders from the command line?
I know omtidyu can delete messages within a folder, but how can I delete the folder itself?

I have the same problem. I can' delete damaged folders via TB or Webmail. How can I delete folders (not public) via command line?

Hi!
What client are you trying to delete the extra folder with? Outlook? If you have tried with
IMAP, please try using Outlook and vice-versa.

I believe the only way to do it from the command line is omcontain. That is a diagnostic and repair tool, so it can make any changes to the mailbox (and corrupt it if used incorrectly), but it will delete the folder for you.

Hai
I am unable to delete one user folder (one particular folder), i tried through webamil and outlook IMAP, but i can't. I am able create new folder and delete that one.
Kindly advise , i am the beginner in Scalix. We are using Scalix 10.0.1.21.

Anto,
I would agree with Valerion, use omcontain to remove the bad folder.
use "man omcontain" to see usage.
