FROM SUPPORT: Problems signing in to Administration Console

Hi,

There is an omission in the documentation which should detail what user ID is required for a successful signon to the Administrator console.

You need to use the authentication id of a Scalix user with administration privileges. For an installation via the wizard, this will be the sxadmin user.

To determine the authentication id,run the command:

omshowu -n sxadmin

and you will see output similar to:

In the example above, the authentication id is sxadmin@tardis.uk.scalix.com

The documentation will be corrected to include this information.
