Error Message Replacement

When a users mailbox is full, the sender gets the following message:

because: 'The message could not be delivered to the recipient as the
service level for the user's mailbox doesn't allow that operation' [OM 9344]

Supplementary Information:

The message could not be delivered to the recipient as the service level for the user's mailbox doesn't allow that operation

it's rather ambiguous and usually results in me getting a phone call. is it possible to replace that message with something like..."User's mailbox is full"? It may cut down on the phone calls in the long run.
thanks
jason

I have the same problem too. The message is very ambiguous and my doesn't state the exact problem. Is there anyway the message can't be customized?

What does it say in the SAC under Settings/mail server/Mail? That should be the message that is sent.

FYI, that is NOT the message that is sent. I can vouch for that in 11.2 anyway. This is what is returned to the sender:

because: 'The message could not be delivered to the recipient as the
service level for the user's mailbox doesn't allow that operation' [OM 9344]

Supplementary Information:

The message could not be delivered to the recipient as the service level for the user's mailbox doesn't allow that operation

bad bad VERY bad.
