User getting "The server failed to send back a valid XML response." in WebMaill using IE6, however we can see it in Outlook.
I see in the forum that there are a few of these posted and they mostly talk about patches and release 10. My Clearwater server should have all the updates to release 10 except for the recent one for IE7.
Anything else to look for?
