Message keeps going into ERROR queue....

Good afternoon,

We are having an issue with some types of mail always getting dumped in the ERROR queue, especially if they have a pdf as an attachment. Doing "omresub -q error -i" only results in having the mail dumped back in the ERROR queue. Is there a way to see why these mail fail or have another method of successfully transmitting them?

Actually, the omshowlog command should provide more information on why the message was put in the error queue in the first place.

are you using virus scanning?
