Message Subject conversion control

Hi,
How can I control message subject (and other headers) conversion
on incoming MIME messages?
When I send message from the scalix webmail the subject and body charsets are
utf8, but they stored in scalix differently. Subject goes iso8859-1, and body
retains utf8.
