Where is off-line data stored for Scalix-10.0.1???

Greetings,
I've testing Scalix-10.0.1 on a RH4 system. So far this look VERY impressive! Here is the status of the test system so far:
* SAC works (w/SSL)
* 2 test mailnodes are defined along with 2 domains (1 for each mailnode)
* SWA works
* Outlook connector & Outlook 2003 is installed on client
* Connection to server via Outlook works
* The client (and SWA) can send and receive e-mail to other domains
Here's the question; I'm playing around with on-line/off-line synchronizing and I can't find the off-line data...
I tried to "enable off-line working", then I unplugged the network cable from the client system to simulate a laptop client working without access direct access to the server. This is off-line working, right?
Well, the mailboxes/folders are empty (no local copy of data?)
I reenabled the network connection and went into "options" to have all folders checked, then I disabled off-line working. The sychronization took several minutes. A portion of the sync report read:
"14:59:24> Synchronizing folder contents
Searching for online changes
Total transfer size is 241234553 bytes
Retrieving change definitions (size is 12520668 bytes)
Retrieving data (size is 228713885 bytes)
Synchronizing offline folders
Searching for offline changes
No changes found"
The report says it "retrieved data" of 228713885 bytes. Which is about right since the original .pst file that's used for testing is about that size.
Where is the local data? I see a small *.mdb file in the MAPI profile dir (248-kb) but that's not an off-line copy of the data.
I think I'm badly mis-understanding how the off-line function works and I'd appreciate some hints.
Thanks,
Mike
