Unable to receive any external emails

Hi,
Since the weekend we have been unable to recieve any external emails on our Scalix server. All of the emails are being bounced back with timeout errors communicating with our server. We are running Scalix v10.0.3.1 on FC4. We recently upgraded over a week ago to try resolve a problem with MIME errors in SWA.
Looking through the omshowlog I am seeing these errors:
ERROR Local Delivery(Local Delivery) 10.30.06 10:49:31

[OM 24740] Could not obtain access to character set conversion tables
(*.u files) and and configuration files (*.c files) which are stored in
the shared memory. These information should be loaded by omsmdm from
/var/opt/scalix/csetconv directory. A local copy will be used, and
this will reduce the performance and increase memory usage.
This is very strange as it was working fine before hand. We are still able to send emails between users hosted on the server and I am actually able to manually telnet onto port 25 and send an email to a user.
Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Peter Bentley
