552 Requested mail action aborted: exceeded storage allocat

Hi, I am getting following message. Have checked mailbox quota is only 10% used
"This is the qmail-send program at mail.bossard.com.cn.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
Remote host said: 552 Requested mail action aborted: exceeded storage allocation"
Is there any know issue related to this?
