public folder question

scalix version 10.0.5

according to the admin guide:
default access public folder:
admin: config, read see delete attach
other user: Read see

BUT it seems that all added folder can not be viewed by others.

How do i set up it up to have the above setting on.

How are you adding the public folders. I recommend using outlook/sc. Once you've created the public folder you can see its permissions by selecting properties.
