Hi

Can anyone also tell me how to mark all mails (incoming and outgoing) to a mail id on the system that leave scalix (not scalix-scalix internal mails)

This is similar to sender_bcc_maps and recipient_bcc_maps feature in postfix

Your question is a little confusing. I'm going to go with the idea that you want to save a copy of all messages leaving scalix to external recipients. All messages leaving scalix are handled by sendmail.
