Hi,
is there a way to change the error messages users get when there is a delivery failure.
For Example, when user's quota is over the limit, the sender receives:

----- Original Message -----
From: MAIL-SYSTEM
Sent: Fri, 10/6/2006 6:57pm
To: sender@domain.com
Subject: Returned Mail: Message Could Not Be Delivered

Message could not be delivered to the following recipient:

receipient@domain.com

because: The message could not be delivered to the recipient as the
service level for the user's mailbox doesn't allow that operation

Supplementary Information:

The message could not be delivered to the recipient as the
service level for the user's mailbox doesn't allow that operation

I'd like to make it more friendly for the end user.

Thanks,
Eyal

We have various bugs in our Bugzilla system tracking the issue of messages being difficult to understand when they relate to exceeding quotas. Please see :

http://bugzilla.scalix.com/show_bug.cgi?id=6968
and
http://bugzilla.scalix.com/show_bug.cgi?id=11863

Hopefully, some of these will make the cut for the 11.0 release although I'm afraid that is not guaranteed at the moment.

Regards,
Gren.
