sxmboxexp not possible

Hey Com,

the sxmboxexp is not possible for one user. the error appears in fatal, there is the subject mentioned where the sxmboxexp stops, see below.
Its not the first time, but the before i could find the message with sxmboxlist, omcontain, sxsearch, omscan or direct in Outlook.
It seems it is an automatic answer for a done task.

hans,

try increasing the event log level for admin to 11, then retry.
You should get more information in the event log (omshowlog -s admin -l 11), that may show the directref and/or the folder where it fails

you could try increasing further

omconflvl admin 15

run the sxmboxexp

omshowlog -s admin 15 -p 10

there will be a lot of data in that output, so you may want to dump it into a file.

the error disapeared by himself.
Maybe the user deleted the corrupt mail or so.
