Mail sometimes arrives for a user via Internet Gateway

Out of about 50+ users, one user recieves his mail sphoradically. I could not find any logic with the mail recieved by him from *outside* Scalix server. Mail sent from other Scalix users reaches this user always.

I have added DEBUG_LOG=TRUE in smtpd.cfg and restarted the "Internet Mail Gateway" (I hope I did right), but smtpd.log has not been created in ~scalix/tmp.
I have used SAC to view Internet Mail Gateway logs, and got the following lines:

The mail-relayer which delivers mail to my Scalix server reports all to be OK, however, mail just doesn't get in. I need a way to track unix.in, and/or debug this problem further.
The specific user's System login is 55218, if it's relevant (Seen the OM number, and it might have any connection).

One last thing - I do not have the two reported files - unixmap.gw and unixmap.in.

The mail is being checked using both IMAP4 client (Thunderbird) and the webmail interface.

I have enabled extended logging to try and catch it, and my current results are as follows:
1. unix.in gets the mail and moves it to local delivery
2. Local delivery inserts the mail into the user's mailbox
3. The user doesn't get the e-mail

A note - mail delivered to this user from another Scalix user always reaches him.

Listen. I'm stuck. I don't know how to trace it further, and I have a user who doen't get his mail. He does get one out of 20-30 messages, which is more weird. Please, if you can add any tip about it, I would really appreciate it.
