newbie getting confused with groups/distribution list

Dear all,
I have 20 users with all having private, non Internet email adress. I have 5 pop accounts at my ISP which i want to use as group/distribution list for my 20 users....the 5 groups would be admin, sales, technical,guard,customer...
2 problems arise....
i) how can i select manually the original group when replying to mail from my MUA/webmail knowing that i received all mail on one mailbox. i.e A can be member of sales and admin whereas B is member of sales, guard, customer. can user A/B choose the group as FROM for sending/replying mail ...
ii) Since all my users are private/local, i want their outgoing mail to masquerade/convert to one of my 5 Internet POP email address....
