Hi,

Im having trouble with scailx's email (Microsoft Outlook) rule wizard automaticly move any Read receipt to a seperate folder, I need this receipts to move to my specified folder as soon as they come into the Inbox.

I create the rule based on the subject containing the keyword "READ:" and it does not move the receipt. any ideas?

I know this works when using a normal pop3 account and Microsoft Outlook .

Thanx....

Have you created a redirect rule with the retain switch using sxaa?

Thanks,
Don

The retain switch says don't delete which overrides the copy/delete of a move.

New read receipts don't get moved? The rules only work on incoming messages. Any messages already in existance won't be acted on. The rules wizard does not have a run rules now feature. This has been added as an enhancement request.

Is there a plan in future releases of scalix to be able to filter these read receipt to a specified folder ?

Is there no one else out there with this sort of problem?

Hi,

This is a known issue with read receipt and Scalix Rules wizard. A product defect has been reported to the development team and will be addressed in a future version of Scalix. For now please consider creating a rule that looks for "Your message" AND "was read on" OR "This is a Return Receipt for the mail that you sent".

Cheers,
Yuri

Hi Yuri,

Thanks for reply,
are you saying that this issue should be resolved in version 11 and if so any Idea on dates when version 11 will become available for the enterprise?

Tx.

Hi,

A lot of issues are still getting prioritized, so I can't answer if it will be addressed in Version 11.
