Calender - Public Folder

We created a new Calendar through Outlook called "Shared Calendar" on the public folder gave the 3 users of the system admnistrator priviledges.

All users can add entries to the Calendar but they can NOT modify or delete entries that
other people have creates.

eg. personA can modify their own entries but gets permission error when modifying
entries for PersonB and PersonC.

Right click on the public folder, select properties, select permissions, and set permissions as you wish here. I think you want to make all three owners.
