is it possible to subscribe directories from other users so an assistant could access and manage the inbox of his/her boss?

As of Scalix 10, this is only possible through Outlook.

Scalix 11, launching really soon, will offer the functionality for SWA and IMAP.

I really hope, there will be an easy migration of the community edition to 11, cause our scalix server will go productive within the next few days. Thanks for the answer thought and keep up the good work.
