license key install - horrible error message sent out!

I just installed a new license key, obviously something went wrong.

I'm astonished that Scalix would send out such an obtuse message though!

You must change this to something less obtrusive or at least don't send any error message to the sender into our server.

When a customer sees that as a returned message what else are they to believe than we are not a legitimate business!!


Message could not be delivered to the following recipient:

daryl@sn<removed when I posted>

because: The recipient's mailbox has been configured with an unlicensed domain.

I am in complete agreement with you and have raised a bug against this issue.

Where do you stand now? Did you remove all email addresses configured for users that aren't a part of your license?

I also had this issue at a client not too long ago when the License Monitor died unexpectedly. They do a nightly shutdown and restart for backups, so it was only down for a few hours, and hasn't re-occured since.
