Antivirus rules aborting Service Router

Hi,

Everytime I create a ALL-ROUTES.VIR file and restart the Service Router, the Service Router will not start up and says Partially Aborted. When I remove the rule file, the Service Router starts up fine. The permisions on ClamAV are set correctly so i'm pretty sure its not that. Any ideas?

What do the Scalix logs show when this happens ?

Can you also make sure that /var/opt/scalix/sys/omvscan.cfg has OMAV_LOGLEVEL=3, restart the service router and then check the contents of /var/opt/scalix/logs/omvscan.log.

Cheers

I changed the log level to 3, but that log file your talking about is not there.
