Hi,

How do i forward incoming mail for a user to another user and then leave a copy in the original users mailbox?

Thanks

You can use the rules wizard or sxaa that comes in the admin_resource_kit directory which exists where ever you unpacked the tarball.

Some folks find that redirecting rather than forwarding works better for them as the header is not rewritten. sxaa has a --retain option with the --redirect switch.

Don

is it possible to let users to set the redirect / retain by themselves?

Yes, users can set a rule using the Rules Wizard.

But I can't find any retain option in the rule wizard, only can redirect the mail without leave copy.

You can try the forward option. Also as suggested earlier try the 'sxaa' command.
