Are there any known issues with installing the AD integration modules following deployment or special process I will need to follow?

Not, there is nothing special, but of course you must follow PDF guide ! Everything you need to do is there.
But... first you must to answer to the following question:

"What exactly i expect with AD integration ?"

Tell me the answer and i will tell you if it is worth...
