Read receipt

I have a few users who are using pop to retrieve their mail. When they have a read receipt or delivery receipt, they can see the the receipt in swa, but the Outlook never retrieves the message. They are all using outlook 2003.

can you explain to me what the issue here is. Are you saying that delivery receipts are not being displayed in Outook?

The iissue is, when a user, using pop to retrieve mail, they cannot retrieve delivery receipts. The messages are in there box, using swa. Outlook just does not pull them.
