Hi,

There is a serrious error on an scalix 9.4.2 system. When I access in Outlook 2000 the outbox there come the following message: "Der Ordner kann nicht angezeigt werden. Die Verbindung zum Netzwerk-Server konnte nicht hergestellt werden, so dass die Anmeldung des Anbieters nicht erfolgreich war."

In the fatal log there are these messages:

When I connect via IMAP to the server, I doesn't see the outbox, also in webmail.

All other mailboxes are accessable.

Let's start by running Outlook with /resetfolders. To do that, click on Start - Run - outlook.exe /resetfolders

Interesting would be also if omcontain can list the folder.

Sorry, but outlook.exe /resetfolders doesn't help. Omcontain is a tool for advanced users. I need a password to use this tool.

Then use "u" to open the users mail, the "l" to list list the folders. Please post the output here.

I also would like to see more of the fatal log to make sure this is really a server issue. I had cases where resetting the view options of the sent items folders needed to be reset.
