Is there an easy way to determine the number of licenses in use?

Thank you Rachel! That is exactly what I needed. I had to get a count earlier, so I manually counted the users in SAC, which leads to some more questions since the counts differ by 2.
Do the sxadmin and sxqueryadmin users use a license? If they do, is it safe to remove these two users if other users have admin rights?

Hi Steve,
If you upgraded from an older version of Scalix to 10.x, the sxadmin and sxqueryadmin may still be listed as a Premium (Full) users. You can manually change those to be Standard (Limited) users. However, you should not delete them (especially the sxqueryadmin) as they are special users. Well, sxadmin *could* be removed, but you need to make sure things like your ENU have been redirected elsewhere. So, it's better to keep it on your system as a standard user.
Thanks,
Rachel

I changed the two users to limited users and it freed up the needed licenses. One more license question, what is LVID on the license? Is there any action we will need to take on that date?

That is the Last Valid Issue Date and it's when your subscription expires. About a month prior to that happening, Scalix will contact you about renewing your license.
Thanks,
Rachel
