Is this poosible with scalix??

There is no problem about that.
Just be sure that you have proper DNS settings and MX records pointed to scalix CE.
Then you just need to put this domains in SAC

This is certainly possible. You will have to add the exact email address for every user, e.g. user1@domain.net and user1@domain.com.
