Has anyone every got mbox2mysql to work with Scalix email?

What I'm trying to accomplish is taking the output of the archive feature of Scalix and putting it all into a MySQL Database for use in other software we have developed. Any suggestions?

Scalix does not use the mbox format, it has its own, proprietary one.
