Hi,

In the scalix fatal log file is this entry a lot of times:
ERROR Remote Client (U/I Access)
[OM 3420] A container connot be opened twice by the same process.
User Name: Firstname Lastname / mail, domain/CN=Firstname Lastname
Pid of logging process: 20044
Current errno value: 1
Last Folder: UserFolder - Outbox

The users are working only with Outlook 2000 and not with scalix web access a the same time.

Do you know this problem?

The user tried from two different computers (sequentially) so I asked her to reboot them both in case some process was still trying to access the server, but this didn't help

Hi Rudi and Btisdall,

That message along with many that appear in the logs are somewhat spurious. In otherwords those errors can occur and the user isn't noticing any problems.

So, I have to ask for more details of what the user is noticing as a problem, what are they trying to do, what error message do they see on the client end, what version of scalix connect and server are you running?

Hi,

On the client-site, I do not really see any errors. Maybe the Virus-Scanner, who checks also the mails occur this error. The Scalix Version was 9.2.1 but I have updated to 9.4.2.
