Hello,

tried that for 2 hours now, but getting stuck now.

I found two ways, which route mail, which are coming from internal SCALIX mail to the right public folder.

1. omaddent -e "S=+BB/OU1=first/OU2=second/DDV1=8. Info/IA=Info@company.de"

2. sxaa --user Info@company.de --redirect "S=+BB/OU1=first/OU2=second/DDV1=8. Info"

If I now send externmal mail to our old server, which forwards this mail to the new server, as soon as I enter this rules, no mails arrive anylonger. By the way, the old server forwards the mails it gets for info@company.de to info@192.168.49.248. For the 1st solution I tried to change the IA part to Info@192.168.49.248. But same result. For the second one I added this domain to the accepted list. Same result. If I remove the rules, the accounts receive mails, but don't forward it to the right server. Can someone help me out?

Best regards

It's the 25 user free version, but not RAW. Will try later on another idea. Using first fetchmail to the old account and than apply the rules. Maybe that's working. But need to get to company first. Anyway, thats probably also not working with my cath all rule. But maybe I can configure the catch all to directly forward it to the public folder. Will try that later also.

Best regards

Can you post some Scalix audit logs that show the route the mail takes when it comes in via the SMTP Relay ?

Cheers

Which logging options would you suggest and up to which level? (using omconfaud and omshowaud)

Best regards
