client error

Hello
I have client on my scalix system when she logins. She gets a
No response was provided by the soap method [fetch Message header]
I try to login with my account and I don't get this error. I am thinking she has a lot
in her inbox or that email is big. If this is correct how can I fix this. if not
how can I fix this. Can even see mail in the inbox was going try to delete mail.
