Address book information incomplete.

HI,
My address book has a bunch of blank fields; title, company, department, etc...
I don't see any options in the SAC or Outlook to populate them. Am I missing something? How can I easily (without CLI) have my support desk or the user update these fileds.

For me was the easiest way to write a php script where I inserted some attribs like EMPL-DEPT,EMPL-ORG,L with ommodent
