How to unlock omldapsync user - greyed out

hi guys
I am using omldapsync to sync against openldap. For some reason one of my users has become 'Locked', however in the SAC this is greyed out (presumably because I am using omldapsync).
I can't work out how to 'unlock' the user ???
Do I have to write something into the sync agreement? or is there some other way to unlock the user?
(i tried: "ommodu <username> --unlock-password" but this had no effect)
