Hi,

I have a pop3 account in ms outlook. When I sent a mail over mail.myserver.at, I get the following mail back:

Original-Envelope-Id: "(b)(126)(b)UENERkVCMDkAAQACAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABgAAAAAAAAAq8385sZKY*"
Reporting-MTA: dns; mail.myserver.at
Received-From-MTA: dns; localhost
Arrival-Date: Mon, 14 Mar 2005 14:01:00 +0100

Final-Recipient: rfc822; rb@sin.co.at
X-Actual-Recipient: RFC822; rb@sin.co.at
Action: relayed (to non-DSN-aware mailer)
Status: 2.0.0
Remote-MTA: DNS; slox.sin.co.at
Diagnostic-Code: SMTP; 250 Ok
Last-Attempt-Date: Mon, 14 Mar 2005 14:01:01 +0100

The mail was sent succesfully, but the receipient gets no mail. Where is it?

Thanks!

This isn't something that we can answer.

The reply you get back is to indicate that the message was passed to an MTA which doesn't understand delivery receipts. From that point on, you are not likely to get any further response back.

I would contact the recipient of the message and get their administrators to track where the message went. Once it has left the Scalix server, our software has no control over the delivery.

Cheers

Dave.
