Suse 10.0 and OSS 10.0 - What's the difference

Postby nugeo » Thu May 04, 2006 11:15 am

I'm trying to install the community edition on my Suse 10.0 box but when I run the install it gives me an error

"error: unsupported OS release: SUSE LINUX 10.0 (i586) on i386"

It then bail out of the installer. My Suse DVD came free on a Linux Magazine in Jan 2006 so is there a difference between Suse 10.0 and Suse OSS 10.0 and is there a way to get Scalix to install on my 10.0 box.

Cheers.....

While we can't support you if you install on a unsupported platform, please take some time to search through the forum as other users have installed on SuSE 10.

Cheers

Dave
