I was running Centos 5.4, with the latest version of scalix. I did a reconfigure of all of the services using scalix-installer.
I did a yum update and updated everything that showed up (I know that is stupid now, it has never broken me before though) and now I'm at Centos 5.5
After the yum update a few days ago, I thought all was ok, but I went to access the server via http and nothing happens. The mail portion is working correctly, I can IMAP perectly. But when i go to mydomain.com or mydomain.com/webmail or mydomain.com/sac any browser just sits there spinning for ever and times out. I can't find anything in the httpd logs.
I did find this in a log for tomcat:

But I don't know if that means anything. Where can I start to look to find where httpd or tomcat could be screwed up?
I did notice that in the yum log, it did update httpd, tomcat and postgres to the last versions. Is that bad?
Please help!
Thank you!
