I have been changing users from redirected forwading rules as my agency has brought on line a Blackberry Enterprise Server. In trying to see any of the rule for a specific person using the sxaa --user Firstname.Lastname I get the following:
"onshowu : [8040] The user can't be found, or has been deleted.
Unable to determine user's home directory."
And when I run the omshowu -n Firstname.Lastname I get
"omshowu : [OM 8040] The user can't be found, or has been deleted."
However, when I ran the omshowu -m all, this person shows in the output for this command. This person has not been deleted from the mail system and is still receiving email (or I would have heard about it).
I need to be able to see what rules are setup for the particular user, but until I can get the sxaa command to give me the info, I am stuck. This person will be converted to the BES server in the nest few days and I do not what this person is get double messages. One from the forwarding rule and one from the BES server.
Any ideas on what I might try? Thanks.
