If you are relaying directly from your server, check if your server's IP has been blacklisted.
You can use your ISP's SMTP as your smarthost to get rid of this error.

Please refer back to your first post.

Have you checked to see if your server IP is blacklisted yet?

could also try checking ip here:
http://www.dnsbl.info/
and then get your ip delisted from any lists you maybe on (by contacting the specific lists individually).
You'll probably want to double check that it actually is Google that is issuing that 550 response message.

You should have noticed somewhere along the way that you need to check your systems for 'spamming' software!

Have a look at this great post from pandreas21 http://www.scalix.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=22560&sid=fc05cf3c4623ef1ef96481151e49abff
First have a quick look here:
http://www.scalix.com/wiki/index.php?title=HowTos/ScalixSecurity
then you might want to check if you are an open relay:
http://www.checkor.com/
Also you might harden your users passwords as if you are not an open relay then most probably one of your mail accounts is compromised.
If not any of the above start looking for trojans on your mail server. To buy yourself some time you might consider geo-blocking hinet unless you do business with Taiwan (http://www.theillien.com/Sys_Admin_v12/html/v14/i11/a3.htm).
It's a rough world out there...
One other thing to check is that no workstations inside your network have been infected with malware that is sending out spam.
