i use this command to export one mailbox.

the output file is very small.
omshowlog reports one error.

Hey there PrisonMind,

Try looking at a higher level of logging.
I can't recall offhand if the default of omshowlog is -l 5 or -l 7 so I would try
omshowlog -l 7...
or
omshwolog -l 9...

You have to have logging set to level 7 or level 9 though; omshowlog can't show data that's not being collected.
Check your logging levels with omshowlvl and change them with omconflvl.
I know you know how to check and set logging levels, but other readers might not.

ANYway, when you get a bit more information, look at what precedes the 10270. The 10270 is just where the process is actually dying. Look right before that to get hints about why it dies.

Alternatively, you might try copying out one area of the account at a time, and see which area fails (inbox, filing cabinet, waste basket...) and narrow things down by trial and error.

good idea....the problem is that the mailbox have only the intray with over 22000 emails.

i have used strace to identify the last command.

i have delete the corrupt email! but after i have delete the email the problem is still exists!

How did you delete the corrupt mail? With cliet or omcontain?
You may need to runa further scan to repair the mailbox.

Also, try setting higher log level:

omconflvl admin 11
run the export, then

omshowlog -p 10 -s admin -l 11 >/tmp/prison.txt
(I think thats the syntax, and try to keep the time option as short as possible, there will be a lot of data)

i can´t use omcontain. because i can´t find the email with omcontain (intray) and also sxsearch.

have you tried running an omtidyu on that user, reporting on that mailer-deamon message?
If you use omcontain, what are the first few messages in the inbox (at least the first 6)

we solved the problem with the outlook archive function.
