As usually, I'm calling for help.
I'm having problems with imap server. I works, but is starting to disconnect people. I get several of this in the log for different people:

I'm also having tones of orphans all the time. I run omscan weekly for a full scan and it always comes with thousands of orphans been deleted.
Could it be hard drive problem? I'm having scalix on lvm over software raid.
I once suspected from hard drive speed, but I'm not having so much process waiting to have trouble with disk writes.
