Lost fonts

There is strange problem appearing sometimes. Sometimes (but not allways) after mail reply, there are lost national fonts (SI) in message body. Instead of national font there is nothing (not different font scapce... just lost fonts). Other fonts stay as they should be.

I tested several recipients, several type of reply I also tried different outlook settings, but could not find some usefull error pattern.

It makes me crazy as well as my users too

What should I check, what to do next?

I ve been running scalix version 1.4, mail client both outlook 2007 and 2003.

Are you using Word as the email editor?
My guess would be that you have a problem with styles updating!

Yes.

Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 and Office Outlook 2007 use only Microsoft Office Word as the email editor.

On the other server version (sac) 11.43.4837 I have no such problems. Software version on the server with charset issue is 11.45.5113 (sac)


Any other clues?

I tested several setting and discovered, that switching off word as html editor does not solve the problem.

So this mysterious error still remains unsolved...

I remember that I read some time ago an article (post) about font (charset) settings on the server, but I can not find it any more. Does enyone know something about this?
