I have Scalix 10 (scalix-server-10.0.0.175-1.fc4) on Fedora Core 4. I have configured
sendmail to use DNSBL. But for some reason DNSBL doesn't seem to work if the
Scalix MTA is the one receiving email. We get a lot of spam coming through. So I turned
off smtpd on Scalix (omoff -d 0 smtpd) then configured sendmail MTA to answer
instead by commenting out this line in sendmail.mc:
Code: Select all
DAEMON_OPTIONS(`Addr=127.0.0.1,Port=smtp,Name=MTA')dnl
and rebuild the sendmail.cf. Now I can see email getting rejected in
the maillog.
Can I use DNSBL in Scalix's smtpd.cfg?
Thanks
