Incorrect Body attached to email header

Hi

I got a recent inquiry from one of our Scalix clients that he was getting a strange situation on a messages were the incorrect message body was showing up a message where the header and attached file matched up, but the message body was from another deleted message. Is this possible and how do I fix this ?

That is almost impossible that an actual mail header is on another mail message.. It sounds like a problem in an imap client or a corrupted smartcahce.

Can you elaborate more on the issue (server version, client version, )
have you performed an omscan on the users mailbox

uhm.. Ok!

Strange problem. It seems to me this is because Word is used as editor..

So disable Word as editor and you are home free

Can you confirm that you use office 2003 and word as email editor?

is the problem reproducable in swa ?
