Anyone else having Milter issues?

at 12 midnight seems though Milter is running it's not scanning or tagging messages. Restart of Milter and smptd has not resolved any issues and there does not appear to be any errors in logs to speak of.

I have no issues with filtering spam for i use a postfix /spamfilter / scalix sandwich to get it done.
if you ellaborate on your problem maybe someone can help out..

"Milter" is the actual spam function within scalix services. It is working properly after a day of not, still not sure what happened - would almost seem license bound being that it was Oct 1 however license shows(ed) that it was active.
